Amira Medunjanin -
Umoran sam od života
For Him and Her’ novi studijski
album world music dive Amire Medunjanin, od danas je u prodaji po cijeni od 99

Jerskin Fendrix - Black
Hair
Errant
godfather to the Brixton Windmill scene, Jerskin Fendrix's debut offers a
serpentine dance through different genres and personae, finds Patrick Clarke
Shabaka and the
Ancestors - Go My Heart, Go to Heaven
The British-Barbadian jazz saxophonist and
his South African players narrate the apocalypse from a distant future,
suggesting that in order to build anew, some things will first need to burn.
Johnny Cash - Thirteen
Moby - Morningside
African Head
Charge - Learning
Originally issued in 1993
and the last African Head Charge album on On-U Sound for 12 years, released at
the height of the band’s popularity as a staple of live music festivals.
Julian Cope - That
Ain’t No Way To Make A Million
In typical Cope stylee, the 13 songs
of SELF CIVIL WAR brim with sound FX, enormous orchestral arrangements,
timeless uprisings of Ur-folk and hefty near-Krautrock anthems. It’s the first
release in Cope’s ‘Our Troubled Times’ series, and a fine temporary refuge from
our daily bombardment by media luvvies and fuckhead world leaders who take us
all for idiots.
pocket palma - Subota
Nakon Valentinova (Flow Version)
I LIKE TRAINS - The
Truth
Leeds band I Like Trains return with
their first studio album in eight years. Kompromat
Ernest Rogers - Mythological
Blues
Pantha du Prince -
Transparent Tickle Shining Glace
German producer and composer Hendrik Weber,
who is approaching two decades of releasing music as Pantha du
Prince, would no doubt agree. His new album, Conference of Trees, is driven by a
related, and self-directed, question: What
does it sound like when trees communicate?
David Lynch &
Jack Cruz - True Love's Flame
Lazarus Kane - Narcissus
Speedy Wunderground
“Narcissus” is a wonderfully disco-drenched
number with the soulful cocksure vibe of Prince, but hemmed beautifully with a
Primal Scream edge.
Nicolas Jaar - Cenizas
Nicolás Jaar wrote much of his arresting
third album in isolation, holed up in a remote corner of the world without
booze, cigarettes, or caffeine.
Kaleida - 99
Luftballons (Nena cover)
Bonny Light
Horseman – Blackwaterside
If you’ve listened at all to English, Irish,
or Appalachian folk music or any of their many revivals, you’ll spot familiar
archetypes and icons.
Viagra Boys - Sentinel
Island
Moor Mother - Thrill
Of Dawn
CLEPSYDRA, released at the start of May, is every bit as benevelont as
its predecessors, perhaps even more so. Intended to help writers through
creative blocks, CLEPSYDRA journeys down
roads and across vistas, merges field recordings of nature with mechanical
whirrings and dissonant instruments, and puts the voice of the Black orator
front and center.
Meatraffle - Song
for 'Birds'
If
Meatraffle was born in a South London Wetherspoons then Bastard Music came to
life at Brixton’s Windmill. It is hard to dissociate the band from
contemporaries such as Shame, Warmduscher, and Fat White Family. Delving
further, artists such as Pregoblin, Peeping Drexels, and Sleaze come to mind.
Brixton, Peckham and New Cross is a fruitful breeding ground for new music.
Arca - Calor
Perfume Genius - Fade
Into You (Mazzy Star cover)
This is aa great post
