Lyra Pramuk - Witness
Informed by collaborations with both Herndon and Self, Lyra Pramuk's debut album, Fountain, is composed entirely of samples of her own wordless singing, allowing her to take on multiple, fractured identities. Deep baritone notes glide into soaring soprano, to otherworldly, alien incarnations, refusing to crystallise into a single entity.

Growing up in Pennsylvania

Khana Bierbood – Starshine
Khana Bierbood call themselves Strangers from the Far East, but there’s something strangely familiar about the Thai quintet’s debut LP. Throwing garage rock, surf, and psychedelic pop into one delightfully lo-fi mix
Hitchcockgohome! - Pour la peau
Paris, France

Morrissey - November Spawned a Monster (25 live)

Vaz - White World of Death
2002
The label itself has, in its four-year existence, proven itself nothing if not innovative, and earned a rep for issuing some of the most challenging and forward-thinking bands going right now-- from Xiu Xiu and Young People to Deerhoof and Get Hustle. And this, its first commercially available compilation (not including last year's Charm soundtrack), collects a slew of material from 24 bands of every non-genre you can dream up (twee avant-pop, groaning electronic music, gutbucket balladry), plus several tracks content to simply put a new spin on rocking your ass off
Tobiah - I Love Your Music
During 2003, Malcolm Mclaren got in touch with french music producers Jacques Fantino and Thierry Criscione, directing the label Relax Beat, in order to produce for him a new album. As Malcolm related more or less exactly into his Wired article « 8-bit Punk », Jacques and Thierry initiated him to 8-bit music while making him listening to their current project : a concept album about GameBoy music which was called « Boy Playground » and including, amongst others, Tobiah’s track « I Love Your Music » as well as Hardliner’s track « Zolöft Blues ». Jacques and Thierry produced for Malcolm many tracks, including a track called « Ride a Fashion Horse », appealing to the singing of Mark Denardo (one of the composers who was featuring onto « Boy Playground ». Then Mark Denardo, on its own, took this track to a new step, making of it an entire fresh song which was finally called « Ride a Fashion Horse – Part 2 » finally appearing onto this vinyle. Concerning the Wild Strawberries track, the recording was not made at all in China : the vocals were recorded in Ivry sur Seine (Paris) and the rest of the track is pure electronic music produced by Thierry, Jacques and Stephen Hague who mixed the track in London

Alabaster DePlume - Not Now Jesus
Chicago’s International Anthem (Angel Bat Dawit) cast their net to the UK, pulling Manchester/London-based saxophonist Alabaster Deplume into their precious fold with a suite of beautifully mellow spiritual jazz and instrumentals glinting with traces of folk and Ethiopiques styles...
Bloodwitch - Fly
LNS - Pizzica Tarantata n014 (rework)
Dedicated to Tarentism, this project tells the story of a centuries-old choreo-musical ritual from Southern Italy, mobilizing frenetic rhythms and maniac dances, to exorcise women of a mysterious evil caused by the bite of a spider. Trans-disciplinary, this effort of documentation and artistic reinterpretation of one Europe’s most mysterious trance phenomenon is comprised of a double LP vinyl compilation including original recordings from Italian Maestro’s Carpitella, Lomax and De Martino with reinterpretations from Don’t DJ, Bottin, LNS, Bjorn Torske & Trym Søvdsnes, KMRU, Uffe and a hardcover Italian/English book.

FACS - Void Walker
Chicago noise-rock experimentalists FACS continue to churn out stunning new albums at a prolific clip. Last year, they one-upped their 2018 debut Negative Houses with the tense, pulverizing Lifelike. In 2020 they’ll be back again with LP3. Titled Void Moments
